Sterilization and cleanroom support runs on gases and steam that have to be watched — ethylene oxide, hydrogen peroxide and peracetic-acid vapor that need detection in air, VHP cycles that need a clean aeration endpoint before re-entry, and sterilizer steam that has to run dry to keep packs from wetting out.
