A reliability lab exists to make product fail on the bench instead of in the field — IC packages shocked between temperature extremes, boards ruggedized under combined stress, parts cycled and soaked to JEDEC and MIL-STD methods, and modules shaken until the weak joints show. Prater Technical Partners supplies that layer across the CSZ (Cincinnati Sub-Zero) chamber line: thermal-shock chambers for IC-package screening to JESD22-A104 and A106, HALT/HASS chambers for ruggedization and production stress screening, Z-Plus reach-ins for temperature cycling and soak supporting MIL-STD-883, MicroClimate benchtop chambers and benchtop vibration systems for small components, and AGREE chambers for combined temperature, humidity, and vibration.
