About this industry
A chemical-injection or dosing skid packs a pump, a metering run, and a day tank onto a frame the size of a pallet — and the fluid on it is usually acid, caustic, or solvent that eats ordinary wetted parts, metered by the drop and batched to a recipe. Prater Technical Partners supplies that skid end to end: Industrial Oval Gear PVDF and stainless meters for corrosive and high-pressure dosing, Blancett meters for micro-flow and fractional-gpm feed, Vortex non-metallic meters where PVDF wetted parts are a must, IOG registers for batch control and a scaled 4-20 mA signal, and Accutherm and Heatrex screw-plug immersion heaters to keep the feed tanks at temperature. Prater Technical works with you to spec each one from the chemical, the flow range, and the wetted-material requirement.
