About this industry
The last bay before the dock is where a build proves it will survive the field — parts get chilled for shrink-fit assembly, product gets conditioned and stress-screened, bonded assemblies get thermal-shocked, and the final joints get a torque and force audit before the crate is strapped. Prater Technical Partners supplies that layer end to end: CSZ V- and T-series freezers for shrink-fit and cold-soak, Z-Plus reach-in chambers for QC and incoming inspection, HALT/HASS chambers for production stress screening, thermal-shock chambers for bonded and dissimilar-material assemblies, and WIKA-ST reaction-torque and ring-force sensors for end-of-line torque and press-in audits. Prater Technical works with you to spec each one from the part, the temperature range, and the test profile.
