A process unit is where oil & gas measurement gets hardest — the atmosphere itself is the hazard, streams run dirty and hot, and a flare has to be proven lit around the clock. Prater Technical Partners supplies that layer across the unit: ATi GasSens D12 and F12iS toxic and combustible gas monitors, a ThermoView TV30-SA thermal imager verifying the flare flame around the clock with a no-flame alarm, Indeeco, Accutherm and Heatrex circulation and immersion heaters for fuel-oil preheat and classified-area vessels, Preso COIN wedge meters on dirty high-temperature hydrocarbon lines, and ModMAG M4000 mag meters on refinery water inside the classified envelope.
