About this industry
A collection system does its work out of sight — and shows its problems only when wet weather finds the inflow, a wet well gasses up, or a lift station trips on a cold night. Seeing it coming takes open-channel flow data from inside the sewer, rainfall to correlate against, gas detection where H₂S accumulates, stations that stay heated, and telemetry that runs where the grid never reaches. Prater Technical Partners supplies that layer: Telog battery-powered sewer and rain monitoring, ATi GasSens H₂S detection, ModMAG mag meters and Dynasonics ultrasonic metering on the pumped discharge, Indeeco unit heaters, and Telog Ru-35 submersible battery RTUs that log a manhole’s level and flow with no external power. Prater Technical works with you to spec each one from the pipe, the well, and the site conditions.
