The plant utility block is where heat and gas handling get concentrated onto one skid — heat-transfer-fluid loops circulating Dowtherm, Therminol, or glycol, process-air and exhaust-gas heaters, sulphur and wax lines held molten by impedance heating, and a scrubber and vent stack whose discharge has to be sampled and metered. Prater Technical Partners supplies that layer end to end: Indeeco, Heatrex, and Accutherm circulation, thermal-oil, process-air, and impedance heating for the thermal side, ATi/GasSens A21 and C21 sampling systems for scrubber and vent-stack gas monitoring, and Hedland variable-area meters on corrosive-gas and purge lines. Prater Technical works with you to spec each one from the fluid, the process temperature, and the area classification.
