About this industry
A pharmaceutical or life-sciences plant lives on controlled conditions — validated water and process temperatures, documented stability and photostability programs, sterilization that runs dry and clean, and cold-chain storage that never lapses. Prater Technical Partners supplies the equipment behind those conditions: CSZ stability, photostability and ultra-low storage chambers, ModMAG and Vision sanitary flow metering, ATi GasSens detection for ethylene oxide and vaporized hydrogen peroxide, Indeeco, Heatrex, Accutherm and Hi-Heat process and instrument heating, and WIKA-ST medical-device load cells. We supply and specify that equipment — the validation of your installation is yours to run or contract. Prater Technical works with you to spec each unit from the room, the protocol, and the utilities you actually have.

FAQ: equipment for pharmaceutical & life sciences
Which chamber do I need for ICH stability and photostability testing?
CSZ stability reach-ins and walk-in rooms run ICH Q1A long-term, intermediate, and accelerated conditions, including 5 °C refrigerated storage; the PharmaEvent line meets ICH Q1B Option 2 photostability with controlled light dose. The controllers offer 21 CFR Part 11 audit-trail features. One point worth being clear on: we supply and configure the chambers — the IQ/OQ/PQ validation of the installed unit is yours to run or contract. Start at the environmental test chambers page.
Can you supply gas detection for ethylene oxide and VHP sterilization?
Yes — ATi GasSens covers the gases sterile processing handles in air: the D12 monitors ethylene oxide, ammonia, and CO in an area; the F12 adds hydrogen peroxide and peracetic-acid vapor; and the IsoMon validates vaporized-hydrogen-peroxide (VHP) decontamination cycles in isolators, RABS, and pass-throughs from charge through the aeration-endpoint clearance before re-entry. See the ATi GasSens page.
What flow meter fits high-purity water loops and sanitary process lines?
For RO/DI skids and high-purity water loops, the Vortex RVL non-metallic meter has no metallic wetted parts and adds no ionic contamination; the ModMAG M2000 on a sanitary sensor handles process liquids; a stainless 316L oval-gear meter doses viscous liquids on sanitary connections; and the Vision BV1000 and BV2000 meter micro-doses at fractions of a gallon per minute. We match the meter to the fluid, the purity requirement, and the connection — start at the flow meters page.
Do you have cold-chain storage for vaccines and biologics?
Yes — CSZ BioStore walk-in ultra-low freezer rooms give biorepositories and biobanks redundant bulk storage for vaccines, pharmaceuticals, genetic material, biological samples, and donor tissue or allograft; the stability walk-ins add batch-scale sub-zero product storage in custom-configured rooms. See the environmental test chambers page or the CSZ page.
Can you heat clean water, process air, and lab instruments?
Yes — Indeeco, Heatrex, and Accutherm flanged-immersion heaters bring clean water and process tanks to validated temperatures, and their process-air heaters serve dryers and air handling; Hi-Heat flexible etched-foil, silicone, and polyimide heaters warm analyzers, reagent and sample blocks, and diagnostic instruments; and Indeeco Sure-Steam assures dry saturated steam to prevent wet packs on sterilizer supplies. Most of it is engineered to order — start at the electric heating page.
